Troop 804 was "born" in 2004 - which means that this year is our 20th birthday!  To celebrate, we are having a birthday party on Tuesday November 26 - the Tuesday before Thanksgiving - at Baldwin Hall.  All members of the Troop family are invited to attend!  Please complete this short form - available here - so that we can have a head count and keep track of who will and won't be attending.

Are you working on Citizenship in the Community MB (from a prior year)? Are you a SECOND YEAR SCOUT who will be working on it in 2025? Troop 804 has been invited to lead the Pledge of Allegiance at the AACo Council Meeting on Monday, December 16, 2024 and I need Scouts willing to meet at Baldwin Hall at 6:00pm in full uniform. We will travel to the County Council office in Annapolis and lead the Pledge to kick off the meeting. We will then attend part of that meeting before returning back to Baldwin Hall by 9pm.  This will allow you to earn REQUIREMENT 3a.

IMPORTANT NEW INFORMATION ABOUT BSA RENEWAL AND TROOP FEES

Most scouts received an email this weekend from BSA saying that your membership is up for renewal.  BSA has changed how they are collecting the National Fee ($85) and the new Council Fee ($75).  We thought we would still pay this through the troop, but have now decided it will be easier to let BSA collect these fees directly from each scout.  Therefore, when you receive the email from BSA each year asking for you to pay these fees, please go ahead and pay them directly either online with a credit card or by sending a check to Council.
